        Natalie joined Capgemini as Group Chief Talent and Learning Officer in May 2021. Previously, she led Mercer’s Talent Practice for Europe and the UK and has over 20 years of experience in senior in-house and consulting roles. Natalie has extensive international experience and holds degrees in systemic coaching, organizational psychology, advanced organizational design, and digital transformation strategy from prestigious institutions across Germany and the UK.
