With extensive experience as a CISO, including his tenure as Group Chief Information Security Officer at Capgemini, Cedric is dedicated to building trust with peers and fostering strong industry partnerships. Cedric’s core competencies include security and risk management, communication and negotiation, security automation and innovation, crisis management, and threat intelligence. He has a proven track record of delivering large security transformation projects, expanding and empowering teams, and ensuring compliance with architectural principles. Joshua Welle

Joshua is a seasoned cybersecurity and national security expert with over 20 years of management consulting and operational experience. Previously, he was a cybersecurity practice leader at McKinsey & Company and served in its Private Equity practice advising Fortune 100 companies on cybersecurity strategy and digital transformation. A trusted advisor to CIOs and CISOs, Joshua delivers high-impact cybersecurity programs and is a recognized thought leader, writing on cybersecurity topics, digital strategy, and leadership. Joshua is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Truman National Security Project. A retired Navy Commander, he is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds advanced degrees from the Harvard Kennedy School and the University of Maryland.

Lee Newcombe

Expert in Cloud security, Security Architecture, Zero Trust and Secure by Design
Dr. Lee Newcombe has over 25 years of experience in the security industry, spanning roles from penetration testing to security architecture, often leading security transformation across both public and private sector organizations. As the global service owner for Zero Trust at Capgemini, and a member of the Certified Chief Architects community, he leads major transformation programs. Lee is an active member of the security community, a former Chair of the UK Chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance, and a published author. He advises clients on achieving their desired outcomes whilst managing their cyber risk, from project initiation to service retirement.
