  • Why does a unified framework for cross-agent coordination still not exist?
  • What mechanisms can resolve conflicts when autonomous agents disagree?

The way forward: Prototyping governance-as-a-service

To move from theory to reality, we need to start building – not just talking. Here’s how:

  • Create lightweight governance overlays
    Adapt SIAM principles to orchestrate AI agents. Think of this as a flexible layer that enforces policies without slowing innovation.
  • Design accountability checkpoints

    Align these prototypes with AI governance platforms that already offer observability, dynamic risk controls, and lifecycle policy enforcement.
