Vivek Dsilva

Vice President, South Central Europe SBU India Leader, Capgemini

Vivek Dsilva is the Strategic Business India leader for South Central Europe at Capgemini. In his current role, he is responsible for driving growth for the SBU in India, managing client relationships, delivery, developing talent. He is part of South-Central Europe Executive Committee which is responsible for the business planning & execution of the SBU, and Capgemini India Country Board, which is collectively responsible for overall Capgemini India strategy.

Vivek bears more than 23 years of rich cross-functional experience in technology, consulting, delivery, and sales, fostering sustainable growth across diverse organisations including SAP, Atos, Ernst & Young. His primary expertise lies in the ERP domain, where he assumes critical roles as an architect, delivery leader, and transformation leader. Vivek is dedicated to catalyzing business transformations for clients by adeptly applying emerging technologies and innovative business models. Vivek also has a what he calls as a social role and leads our Business Resources Group for Sustainability for Capgemini India, the team has achieved some good traction in terms of awareness, societal impact and social media presence which has enhanced our organisations image as well.

Vivek holds a B.E. (Production Engineering) from K J Somaiya college of Eng (Mumbai University), and an MBA (Operations Management) From Mumbai University.
