Revon DSilva

Executive Vice President, India Leader for Cloud and Custom GBL, Capgemini

Revon DSilva is the India lead for Cloud and Custom Apps (C&CA) Global Application Business line. C&CA focuses on application modernization and transformation for our clients. In his current role, he is responsible for formulating India strategy, asset development, talent and capability building, managing client relationships, collaborating with partners, and overseeing the overall India market P&L.

Revon has 26+ years’ experience in IT Consultancy and multi-cultural exposure of working in different geographies such as Hong Kong, Australia, Saudi and US. He has been working at Capgemini for the past 11 years, prior to which, he was working with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for 15 years. A technocrat at heart with strong delivery and practice management experience, Revon has experience in relationship management, onsite & offshore delivery, strategic planning, Group P&L, vendor/alliance management, and technology/process consulting.

Revon has completed his master’s in management from IIT Bombay, majoring in Business Strategy and Finance and BE from Mumbai University.
