Rajesh Dahale

Executive Vice President, APAC Platform Head, Capgemini

Rajesh Dahale is currently the APAC Platform Head at Capgemini in India. APAC Platform is the India delivery unit for APAC business unit supporting market units of India, Australia, South East Asia, Middle East, China, Asia and Japan. The capabilities are covered through five service lines of SAP, Oracle, CSD, AMS and Testing.
 
Rajesh has been instrumental in building India local business and played the role of Chief Operating Officer with the Local Business Services at Capgemini in India which is one of the sizeable market units within APAC. Rajesh led one of the largest and first of its kind engagement with HP which later became a new line of business Captive Transformation Services working with GICs in India.
 
Rajesh has over 24 years of industry experience and has played various roles including delivery, operations, sales, practice and account management. He joined Capgemini as a Senior Consultant in 1998 and since then Rajesh has worked in various capacities from being an ERP functional consultant on JD Edwards, Engagement Manager, Practice Manager to being Operations and Business Unit Head.
 
Rajesh holds an MBA in Marketing from JDC Bytco Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College. He likes traveling and has special interests in data analytics and operational efficiency. He lives in Bangalore with his family consisting of mother, wife and son.
