Radhika Ramesh

Executive Vice President – Global Delivery Center Head, CIS India, Capgemini

Radhika Ramesh is the Executive Vice-President (EVP) of Global Delivery Center Head for Cloud and Infrastructure Service (CIS) India. In her current role, she is responsible for customer satisfaction and quality for CIS run services delivered from India. Radhika leads the people strategy and management of the CIS GDC organization, as well as implementation of key transformation programs.

Radhika has over 27 years of experience in the technology sector with proven expertise in infrastructure consulting, IMS solution design, right-shoring, and automation. Prior to this role, she was Managing Director at Accenture for Intelligent Cloud and Infrastructure Services and responsible for global strategic accounts and quality assurance. She has also worked at IBM and Wipro in roles across Infrastructure and Application.

In addition to her professional expertise, Radhika has certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt and ITIL Service Management. She is a Stanford Certified Program Manager and holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing.
