This NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT) report analyzes multi-process HR transformation service vendors performance, enabling organizations to assess vendors across a range of criteria and business situations.

NEAT evaluates vendors on their ability to “deliver immediate benefit” and “meet client future requirements.” Vendors are identified in one of four categories: Leaders, High Achievers, Innovators, and Major Players.
