Data and AI

Health & Ai: Now And Next – 2022 Study

Capgemini Invent and AI for Health® have launched the third edition of Health & AI: now and next.

Similar to the 2021 edition, the ambition of the 2022 edition is to provide a system-wide view of how data and AI are being used today in the healthcare sector. It helps stakeholders to get more familiar with data and AI strategy stakes and main applications and get a grasp of the industry’s level of maturity while providing them with insights on the main challenges and issues they may face in their AI use cases implementation. This third edition of AI for Health also provides additional deep dives on hot topics of interest in the field.

To do so, the report gathers a national and international scope, a large panel of 140 respondents into an online survey, along with 22 deep-dive interviews with field change makers that bring their expertise in the domain (i.e. Pharma & MedTech companies, Insurances companies, Startups, Regulators, Tech Providers, Hospitals & Research Labs, Patient association).

Thought Leadership

Since 2016, tech leaders are developing their collaborations with healthcare institutions: Google launched 12 projects, Microsoft 7, and Amazon 5. More recently, COVID paved the way for a massive interest in data and AI domain, stakeholders are now fully embracing it, learning, and sometimes succeeding on their way.
