KT Nambi being part of the Senior Leadership Team, Capgemini India Market Unit, has a stupendous experience of over two decdades in the IT industry managing complex business prototypes across India domestic and Middle Eastern markets. He has been the prime driving force behind setting up GCC business unit for Capgemini, identifying the right business segments, developing the market focused engagement models and spearheading Capgemini’s focus on helping MNC clients to best leverage India’s strenths.

Nambi’s area of expertise lies in forumulating Business strategy and effective execution to realize the full potential. He has been driving business across Consulting, Digital and Applications Services focused on Strategic Accounts in India and APAC region. He has been a strong contributor of a very dynamic and novel operational infrastructure supporting the business edifice of Capgemini India. His is responsible for building new Business models, P&L Management, Managing Global Engagements, Mentoring NextGen Leaders and developing Strategic Partnerships and Alliances. He brings in thought leadership and is a strong influencer in shaping up GCC strategy for Global clients. He has been instrumental in leading Capgemini’s capabilities, laying frameworks, developing technological infrastructure, strengthening the talent pool and help accelerating growth of GCC business.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Nambi worked with Mahindra Satyam heading their South Region under South Asia / APAC business unit. Nambi has an MBA from Bharathidasan University and has done Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB).
