What motivated you to join Capgemini?

What was your experience with the India Continuous Assimilation Program?

India Continuous Assimilation Program has been an anchor throughout my journey. The buddy program gave me a mentor who guided me whenever I had questions, making my transition much easier. Through the new joiner connect, I was able to engage with peers and learn from their experiences. The program also introduced me to the numerous learning programs, where I completed certifications that strengthened my technical foundation. It truly ensured I never felt alone during my first year here.
