The decision to join Capgemini was driven by a combination of its stellar reputation in the consulting industry, its commitment to innovation, and its focus on fostering an inclusive work environment. The opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry was particularly appealing.

How was your experience with integration into Capgemini?

My integration into Capgemini was smooth and welcoming. Fresh out of college with little to no work experience in corporate culture, Capgemini helped me transition very smoothly. We had a three-day induction program, during which the buddy program and the India – Continuous Assimilation Program was introduced, which helps ease our way into the organization. The collaborative culture and the willingness of colleagues to offer guidance made the transition seamless.

What is the one thing you like most about Capgemini and why?

The aspect I appreciate most about Capgemini is its people-centric approach. The emphasis on personal and professional development, coupled with a supportive and collaborative work environment, makes it a great place to grow and thrive. The company’s dedication to fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect is truly commendable. I had the chance to participate in various town halls conducted across different locations, which further enhanced my sense of belonging. Additionally, being part of the hackathon events allowed me to work closely with the leadership team and create various solutions using Gen AI tools.

Interacting with leaders at Capgemini has been a transformative experience. The leaders are approachable, visionary, and genuinely invested in the growth of their teams. I had a chance to connect with the Head of Inclusivity at Capgemini, who gave us an insightful session on how inclusivity can positively impact corporate culture. Her guidance and support have played a pivotal role in my professional development, providing me with valuable insights and opportunities to refine my skills and advance in my career.
