How was your experience with integration into Capgemini?

My integration into Capgemini was very smooth and well-structured. The HR introduction was clear and welcoming, and the joining process was quick and efficient. My first day began with a comprehensive onboarding session, where we were introduced to Capgemini’s values, learning initiatives, and other onboarding programs.  

What was your experience with the India Continuous Assimilation Program?

The India Continuous Assimilation Program played an important role in helping me settle into the organization. It provided a seamless onboarding and assimilation experience, while also giving me the opportunity to interact with leaders and gain deeper insights into the company. The buddy program was especially helpful, as it made it easier to understand processes, navigate my role, and transition smoothly into the team.
