What motivated you to join Capgemini?

Capgemini has always been highly regarded for its positive work culture, and this was a key factor in my decision to join. I’ve always admired how it’s positioned in the market, especially its commitment to a culture that values ethics, inclusivity, and growth. Having worked in various organizations, I was particularly drawn to their people-first approach, which I heard a lot about even before applying. That, coupled with the opportunity to work closely with business leaders, really motivated me to make this move.

How was your experience with integration into Capgemini?

The integration process was incredibly smooth and well-managed. From day one, the onboarding experience was seamless. With over 50 new hires joining alongside me, the onboarding team ensured that we felt welcomed and supported. The sessions they conducted on policies, organizational culture, and various functions helped me get acquainted with the company quickly.

What was your experience with the India Continuous Assimilation Program?

The India Continuous Assimilation Program provided a solid foundation by giving me a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s structure and culture. One of the highlights was the “Embark” initiative, which gave me the chance to interact with the leadership team and gain insights into the global business lines and strategic business units. Another standout feature was the Buddy Program, where my manager personally introduced me to my buddy, who was a great support system during my initial days. Even now, after more than two months, I can still reach out to my buddy for guidance, and he remains a key point of contact for any questions I may have. Overall, this program has truly made my transition smoother and continues to play a significant role in helping me feel connected to the organization and its values.

What is the one thing you like most at Capgemini and why?

The most remarkable aspect about Capgemini for me is their support system, i.e. the managers and colleagues who are always approachable and willing to help. Whether it’s through formal training or simply a casual conversation, their willingness to collaborate and share knowledge is palpable. It makes all the difference, especially when you’re adjusting to a new company and new systems.
