Can you describe your initial joining and early project experiences after joining Capgemini?

I joined Capgemini in September 2024, and the onboarding was so immersive that I didn’t feel lost stepping into the corporate world for the first time. I got trained on .NET with Azure, later picked up Power Platforms, and even got the chance to work on an internal project called Badge Box 2.0. Every step has added to my skills and confidence.

How was your experience with integration into Capgemini?

Honestly, it was very smooth. The onboarding team walked us through everything, from offer letters to all the support platforms. My managers and trainers were approachable and guided me whenever I needed help. That first week really showed me how much Capgemini invests in making new joiners feel comfortable.

What was your experience with the India Continuous Assimilation Program?

The program has been such a support system for me; right from day one, the program has made me feel at ease. The Buddy Program was a big help; I had someone to reach out to with all my little doubts, which made the transition easier. The internal networking community was another highlight; it gave me a way to connect, share, and learn from others. This really made me feel that I wasn’t alone on this journey.

What is the one thing you like most at Capgemini and why?

For me, it’s the culture. People here are honest, supportive, and genuinely believe in the importance of team spirit. I’ve met colleagues from so many different backgrounds, and that diversity makes the workplace vibrant. It’s not just about projects; it’s about growing together.

What message would you give to individuals who want to work at Capgemini?

I’d say go for it. If you want a place where you can learn, upskill, and feel part of a community, Capgemini is that place. It’s where you can really build the future you want.
