What piece of advice would you give to a new joiner starting in your role?

My key advice to a new joiner starting in this role would be to remember that SAP is an ocean of knowledge—do not limit yourself to just one module. Always try to understand the complete end‑to‑end business process: why a process exists, how it is implemented in SAP, and how it impacts overall business operations. This broader understanding will help you deliver better and more meaningful solutions. In addition, always stay curious and open to learning as SAP evolves continuously, and so should your knowledge. Good communication, active listening, and teamwork are also as important as technical skills. Do not hesitate to ask questions, learn from seniors and mentors.
