Meet Anjali Rathee, a Talent Manager

After 15 years as a military aviator in the Indian Air Force, this was a completely new chapter for me.

What made the transition easier was something very simple: feeling welcomed and valued from the beginning. The inclusive culture I experienced in my day-to-day work made me feel that my background and perspective had a place here.

Seeing diversity genuinely celebrated, and different perspectives actively encouraged, made me realize that inclusion here isn’t just a statement. It’s something you experience in everyday interactions, in the small moments that often go unnoticed.

For me, it was exactly those small moments, being heard, being valued, being included, that made a new workplace feel like home.

Coming from a world as structured and disciplined as the Air Force, I didn’t know what to expect from a completely different environment. What I found instead was a place where I didn’t have to leave any part of myself behind to belong.
