A ‘New Normal’ way of working


There are three key elements to our ‘New Normal’ way of working: Flexible working, connected spaces, and an ‘anyone, anywhere’ approach making flexible solutions the day-to-day reality for our people.

Flexible working

Our people now have more flexibility in time and location, including working from home, allowing them a better work-life balance and greater empowerment.

Our New Normal makes hybrid working a day-to-day reality for our people through industry-leading digital tools, flexible working arrangements and years of learned experience to create agility now and for the future.

We have introduced new working practices to encourage social interaction and strengthen relationships in the new normal, with guidance and training to support employee well-being – notably through a platform with the added option to disconnect for a healthy work-life balance.

We use an employee feedback tool to take the pulse of how our people are feeling and to understand what is important to them wherever they work from. This confidential survey informs our action plans and decisions regarding well-being, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

Connected spaces

As a global leader in digital transformation, we believe modern and inclusive environments encourage innovation. We provide state-of-the-art, flexible and collaborative office spaces to help our people be as productive as possible when they are in the office.

We are enabling our hybrid workforce by combining state-of-the-art, digitally-enabled office spaces – which will serve as anchor points for our people and teams. New and enhanced ways to connect will give our people, teams and clients the ability to collaborate virtually and face-to-face in more flexible ways.

Our physical environment, combined with digital tools, facilitates virtual collaboration and remote delivery. This enables our teams, partners and clients to work together and apart in more flexible ways delivering greater value to clients. Our people will be fully supported with the necessary training and resources in the transition to a hybrid model of working.

We help re-shape the employee experience, by creating more flexibility and enabling more diverse work opportunities for everyone, to boost their skills, broaden horizons and contribute to a wider variety of engagements.

Through a global digital platform, our team members are empowered to express their career choices. We are employing artificial intelligence to give our people visibility on the opportunities that best match their skills and aspirations, and encourage them to apply for such opportunities and make the right choices for their next engagement.
