Our goal is to hire the best talent from top business schools with 0-3 years’ experience and provide them with a structured and accelerated roadmap to evolve their career. We are looking for proactive young minds with unwavering determination to explore ideas and solve key business challenges across a broad spectrum of roles and functions.

The E.L.I.T.E. Management Trainee Program offers learning through project rotations across departments and business units, along with international exposure. Trainees gain valuable insights, build a strong network, and have the freedom to shape their career path — setting them on a fast track to senior management.
