Kishor Wikhe

Executive Vice President, Head of Sogeti, India – Capgemini

Kishor Wikhe is the Executive Vice President and Head of Sogeti at Capgemini in India. In his current role, Kishor is responsible for P&L, strategic initiatives to drive business performance, futureproofing of portfolios, and building high-performing delivery teams enabling innovation and thought leadership across Sogeti India.

Kishor comes with over 32 years of diversified corporate experience, including managing billion-dollar P&L, running large-scale transformations, post-merger integration, and scaling global delivery and operations. In his previous role as the Group Head of Global Delivery Centers Transformation at Capgemini, Kishor was instrumental in driving Capgemini’s delivery footprint, efficiency, and scalability by establishing new centers and transforming existing ones. He also led the post-merger integration of Altran operations into Capgemini India. Additionally, as the Global COO of Business Services GBL, he oversaw profitability, growth, and overall operations, demonstrating his adeptness at managing high-performing teams across geographies and domains.

Before joining Capgemini, Kishor worked with Symphony Services Corp. (India), and Kanbay (now Capgemini) where he held P&L responsibility and drove growth for one of TCS’s most successful US territories. Apart from this, Kishor was awarded the IT Excellence Award in 2010 and 2011 by Indira Group of Institutes in collaboration with University of Pune and Computer Society of India, and the ASM Excellence Award for 2015 by ASM College of Commerce, Science & IT in affiliation with Pune University.

Kishor has a master’s degree in engineering in Electronics and Control Systems from BITS – Pilani, India, where he finished top of his class. He has also attended the executive program on Strategies and Leadership in Supply Chain at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
