Kiran Kumar is the vice president and India Leader for APAC SBU at Capgemini. In his current role, Kiran is responsible for driving profitable growth within APAC Business Units and Accounts at Capgemini. Leveraging Capgemini’s global expertise across Business Lines, he focuses on delivering business value to clients, driving innovation and industrialization and nurturing talent. Kiran holds a crucial role within the India Country Board and APAC Management Board of Capgemini, where he actively contributes to shaping the overall strategy, business planning, and execution for Capgemini India and for Capgemini APAC SBU.

With an extensive leadership background spanning over 25 years, Kiran excels in driving growth, delivering client value, profit shaping, and people leadership. His notable expertise lies in effectively aligning clients’ visions, strategies, and challenges with innovative technology solutions. Kiran has successfully orchestrated transformative journeys for numerous clients, leading initiatives in customer experience, digital operations, offshore transitions, application modernizations, and managed services. His professional footprint extends across diverse global geographies, including Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and APAC.
