Aliasgar Muchhala is the India Head of Group Portfolio and India Alliances Lead at Capgemini. In his current role as the India Head of Group Portfolio, Ali is responsible for orchestrating across 40+ CoEs aligned to Group priorities such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI & Analytics, Digital Manufacturing, Customer Experience and Sustainability. Additionally, as the India Alliances Lead, Ali focuses on strengthening ties with key partners such as Microsoft, ASW, Google, IBM, etc. to ensure the required partner enablement for sales and delivery teams.

Ali comes with over 26 years of experience in the IT field, with a strong focus on architecting complex solutions. He is a Level 4 Master Architect and has led several large transformation programs for clients. Ali is responsible for shaping the strategic direction and tech investments for the Group. He overlooks partnerships with strategic clients to transform business through cutting-edge enterprise systems, leveraging technology to drive cost reduction, boost efficiency, and elevate customer experiences.

Ali is also the Global Architects Lead at Capgemini, where he focuses on growing the global architecture capability and providing a healthy career growth path for Architects in Capgemini.

Ali has completed his bachelor’s in engineering in Electronics from Mumbai University.

Living in Mumbai, India, Ali cherishes family time with his wife and two daughters. Ali has a passion for teaching and enjoys listening to Bollywood music from the 70s and 80s.
