Our client – one of the largest insurance and asset management providers with numerous companies located in Central Europe – asked us to help them modernize their sales processes.

The challenge

Our client had an outdated sales system to manage sales processes where multiple platforms and applications were being used to follow sales to its agents and customers. The process administration and opportunity creation were not enabling fast time to close deals and deliver acceptable solutions.

Our solution

The goal was to have a well-functioning, customized system that supports agents in their day-to-day operations, increases sales efficiency, reduces administration, and provides managers with a transparent view of the results, campaigns and sales support tools.

We aimed to provide a CRM tool for agents which could be used on desktop and on mobile, enabling agents to reach customer information anytime and anywhere. The implementation required the customization of Sales Cloud and the integration and development of current systems.
