Qualifications

  • 7+ years of consulting experience or other relevant experience related to successful delivery of Contact Center Technology Solutions.
  • Proven experience working on projects using AWS, Amazon Connect, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Google or any other similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent written and conversational English proficiency (C1 onwards).
