Fifth place in the 2022 Employers for Youth

Capgemini Guatemala has been awarded fifth place in the Employers For Youth (EFY) 2022 study. This study, conducted for the third consecutive year in Guatemala by @FirstJob, specialized in youth employability data, is run in 15 other countries across Latin America and Europe. It focuses on young people up to 35 years old.

The 10 dimensions evaluated were: recognition, talent, innovation, infrastructure, quality of life, career development, benefits, work environment, reputation, diversity, and culture.

It was the first time we participated and such success would not have been possible without all the young team members who are a part of Capgemini Guatemala today.

    National Export Award 2022 finalist

    Capgemini Guatemala was one of the finalists in the Reinvention and Innovation category in AGEXPORT’s National Export Award 2022.

    This recognition came after showcasing our main services abroad: intelligent customer operations, frictionless finance, intelligent supply chain operations, and ontelligent people operations, with a focus on learning and development, and travel, safety and HR administration – enabling us to employ Guatemalan professionals with specialized knowledge to understand the needs of our clients, and provide them with a high-quality service.
