Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

I’ve been part of Capgemini Engineering for the past four years as a recruiter, bringing over 13 years of experience in HR. For me, this role is really about people and connections. Every day, I get to meet talented individuals, understand their stories, and help them find the right opportunity. I work closely with hiring managers, and what I enjoy the most is recruiting in the semiconductor field, where I can contribute to building highly skilled teams that work on truly impactful technologies.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

The people, without a doubt. I’ve met incredibly supportive and inspiring colleagues, and there’s a real sense of collaboration that makes you feel part of something bigger.

What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

I feel proud knowing that my work has a real impact,  that the people I help bring in go on to contribute to innovative projects and technologies that make a difference.
