Paris, February 8, 2022 – Capgemini announced today that it has been positioned as a Leader by Avasant, a leading advisory firm, in its RadarView™ report for Digital Workplace Services 2021. For this assessment, Avasant evaluated over 40 digital workplace services providers across the key dimensions of practice maturity, partnership ecosystem, and investments and innovation.
The ‘Digital Workplace Services 2021 RadarView’ provides organizations with a view into the changing dynamics at workplaces. It helps identify the right service providers that can help companies with end-to-end workplace transformation.
Avasant, in its RadarView report, highlighted that Capgemini has redefined its Connected Employee Experience portfolio by introducing an offering called Empowered Employee to its existing integrated Digital Workplace Service (DWS) offerings. It is also leveraging its employee experience (EX) capabilities across the Group in cloud and infrastructure services, digital innovation, design and transformation, and engineering fields. Continuous investments to augment its DWS capabilities as well as the Living Labs, which are a part of its broader network of innovation labs called the Applied Innovation Exchanges (AIE) network, is enabling Capgemini’s customers to discover, experiment, and contextualize digital workplace solutions.
Swapnil Bhatnagar, Senior Research Director at Avasant said, “With the hybrid-work model becoming a part of long-term business strategy, enterprises are looking to transform their workplaces by implementing digital workplace services.
