Artificial Intelligence: Is it ready for primetime to deliver a differentiated customer experience to your customers?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is fast gaining significant attention in large enterprises owing to its ability to make real time impacts to the Customer Experience dimensions for end consumers.

Recent advancements in AI and specifically in Machine Learning (ML) is driving Internet of Things (IoT) based solutions at scale possible for solving key industry issues in sectors like Automotive, Industrial Engineering etc.
