André Cichowlas

Delivery

André Cichowlas has been Head of Delivery for the Capgemini Group since November 2014. His responsibilities include the management of risks in all Capgemini engagements; the definition of the methods and the management of quality; the definition of processes for financial and operational management of engagements; and the people supply chain.


Prior to this, from 2013, he was the Head of Global Practices for the Financial Services Global Business Unit. During this period, he focused on issues critical to the financial services industry, managing the portfolio and delivery model of the Global Business Unit. André has a broad experience of the financial services industry and was instrumental in designing and delivering the French Automated Clearing House System (Système Interbancaire de Télécompensation), an integral part of the financial institution payment systems.

André has worked at Capgemini since 1985 in many roles including as a software engineer, project manager, security expert, skill center manager and CTO.

He has kept a constant interest in the delivery of IT services in all industries and has managed IT programs and enterprise architecture engagements, in addition to IT project reviews and redesigns associated with large-scale systems implementations.

André holds a degree in engineering from Ecole Polytechnique (1983) and in IT engineering from Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité (1985).
