Principal and Digital Strategy Leader for Retail and Consumer Goods, I strongly believe in collaborating by positive influence rather than by authority. I use this approach to build strong working relationships with all my colleagues and clients. As a Principal and Digital Strategy Leader for Retail and Consumer Goods, I connect the dots between strategy and execution. I do this by mobilizing large agile teams and driving digital at scale for global retailers.
I work with clients across the US, Europe, and Australia, delivering digital transformations and helping executives at Fortune 500 companies define seamless omnichannel customer experiences.
My recent work includes:
• Driving improved customer engagement through the digital transformation of a $20-billion grocery business
• Creating a digital store for a major apparel company and driving over $157 million in revenue over three years
• Leading a marketplace diversification strategy and ecommerce re-platforming solution for a fashion company, reducing margin loss and driving commerce growth over five years.
Before joining Capgemini, I led a retail-business consulting firm. I gained a great deal of experience in global consumer behavior, which helps me as a panelist and speaker at industry events like NRF and CXO Disrupt around the world.
In my spare time, I mentor students and serve as a guest lecturer in universities. I am enthusiastic about emerging technology and its usefulness in the retail sector. I am also interested in food-inspired travel, and enjoy spending time with my two daughters. My personal goal is to visit all countries in my lifetime. I am halfway there.
