Anil Agarwal has served as Chief Sales Officer of the Capgemini Group since July 2026, at which point he also joined the Group Executive Committee.

Prior to this, from 2020, Anil was Group Sales Officer for Northern & Central Europe, leading the region’s sales, growth, and strategic client engagement, and was a member of the region’s Executive Committee. He also served as Managing Director of the Nordics.

He has worked in the technology industry for over 25 years, and since joining Capgemini in 2012, Anil has held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Director of Scandinavia, Managing Director of Norway, Chief Operating Officer for Sweden, as well as Global Account Executive, and Head of Sales in Sweden, leading large-scale businesses and driving sustained growth across multiple markets.

A strong advocate for the transformative potential of technology, Anil has advised numerous Fortune 500 companies on leveraging innovation to accelerate growth and business transformation. He is a published author who has co-authored two books: Reimagined Through AI and The Future of Data: How Nordic Companies Scale and Transform with Data and AI.

Anil holds an MBA in Finance and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
