PASA needed a better platform to replace the manual processes that had made timely access to data a challenge. Limited data-analysis tools left the company reacting to problems rather than analyzing the roots of inefficiencies in real-time.

The company worked with Capgemini on the first wave of its data project, establishing an aggressive six-month timeline. After reviewing the options, it chose a new Microsoft Azure platform with Power BI for data visualization, built on a single-instance SAP platform.
