Capgemini’s team used ADMnext for SAP Solutions to SAP DevOps to help the business better capture insight into operations and issues, such as the type and number of open tickets and how long it takes to close them.

The best practices our team introduced removed friction and were fundamental in ensuring a seamless cloud transition.
