Hydro One transitioned to digital workflows for HR and payroll

Hydro One is the largest electric power distribution company serving the Canadian providence of Ontario. When Ontario declared a state-of-emergency shutdown to help contain the spread of the coronavirus, Hydro One had to keep its business working, remotely.  The Hydro One payroll team quickly transitioned operations to a digital workflow as it moved operations off-site.

Capgemini worked with Hydro One and ServiceNow to deliver a one-stop shop for employee needs and requests. The new platform and expedited processes were absolutely critical in enabling HR and payroll to work from home.
