Paris, October 17, 2018 – Capgemini today announced that Syngenta, a global agribusiness based in Switzerland, has signed a two-year multi–million dollar contract extension, to continue the digital transformation of its global HR Operations (HRO). With this renewed agreement, Capgemini will extend its services to deliver its Digital Employee Operations solution to Syngenta through till 2022, cementing a ten year successful association with this agribusiness leader.
As part of the contract remit, Capgemini’s team of experts in its global delivery centers including Nanhai, Krakow, Campinas, and Kolkata, will work alongside Syngenta to continue transforming the full scope of its HR services that support its 28,000 employees around the world. These functions include onboarding, HR administration, payroll, compensation, learning services, performance management, talent management and data analytics. This extended collaboration will help lead to cost savings, increased productivity, enhanced employee satisfaction, and an accelerated pace for the digitization of HR operations at Syngenta worldwide.
In addition, the contract extension will also include:
- Moving from a full time equivalent-based approach to a transaction-based pricing approach to drive significant value for Syngenta
- A commitment from both partners to collaborate on innovation for driving further efficiency and improvements
- A reinvented Global Command Center to enable the team to deliver digital analytics services to more countries
