Capgemini to launch the divestiture of its subsidiary Capgemini Government Solutions

Paris, February 1^st, 2026 – Capgemini determined that the customary legal restrictions imposed for contracting with federal government entities carrying out classified activities in the United States did not allow the Group to exercise appropriate control over certain aspects of the operations of this subsidiary to ensure alignment with the Group’s objectives. The divestiture process of this business will be initiated immediately. Capgemini Government Solutions represents 0.4% of the Group’s global 2025 estimated revenue (less than 2% of its US revenue).
