World Nuclear Exhibition
Paris | 4-6 November

Capgemini at the World Nuclear Exhibition, the leading trade show that brings together the entire international nuclear ecosystem.

With an expected attendance of over 18,000 visitors and more than 600 exhibitors spanning the entire industry value chain, this exhibition covers all major aspects of nuclear activity: safety, maintenance, operation, and innovation. In 2025, the World Nuclear Exhibition has chosen to highlight two major themes:

  • Nuclear Today and Tomorrow : The drivers of nuclear industry development: project execution, artificial intelligence, and new financing strategies.
  • Beyond Electricity : The impact of nuclear energy beyond electricity: medicine, agriculture, space, hydrogen, heat and desalination.

How can we accelerate the process of making nuclear power the energy of the future?

Join us at our stand K083 and discover how we are helping the sector become a key and recognized player in the energy mix.

  • Through our support for the sector in accelerating the energy transition.
  • Thanks to Capgemini’s recognized operational excellence and our added value across the entire nuclear engineering value chain.
  • Through our global engineering capabilities .

Our workshops:

Workshop 1 | Tuesday, November 4 at 3 p.m. | Room 3

Engineering operates within constraints—both in processes and in products, it manages a broad spectrum of digital continuity and implements defined levels of correctness and assurance.  The industrial sector is currently facing various challenges with increasing pressures on cost, quality and time to market. AI’s shift from niche technology to mainstream adoption unlocks vast opportunities for progress. However, scaling AI is complex and requires to address key challenges around transparency and resource efficiency.

The restricted modalities and inherent uncertainty of AI are somewhat misaligned with the high standards of precision and accuracy demanded by the nuclear industry. Translating AI’s technological promise into scalable, engineered value remains a complex challenge. Therefore, adjusting the ‘natural vectors’ will unlock the path.

Intervenants / speakers :

  • Olivier Bard – Directeur Général GIFEN
  • Andy Vicker – Technical Director AI – Capgemini Engineering
  • Mirjana Maras – Senior Consultant AI – Capgemini Engineering

Workshop 2 | Wednesday, November 5 at 3.30 p.m. | Room 2

With 100,000 hires expected over the next 10 years, the nuclear sector is entering a phase of unprecedented development and transformation. To meet the technological, industrial, and human challenges ahead, digital technology is becoming a strategic tool.

In this context, the role of women in digital professions is more strategic than ever. Today, they represent only a quarter of the workforce in the digital field, and female profiles remain underrepresented in recruitment. Yet, gender diversity is a powerful driver of innovation, performance, and resilience.

Intervenants / speakers :

  • Véronique Lacour – Directeur exécutif Groupe – Transformation et Efficacité Opérationnelle
  • Emmanuelle Galichet – Maitre de conférences en sciences et technologies nucléaires – Cnam
  • Claire Gauthier – Global Energy & Utilities Industry at Capgemini.
  • Rémi Trento – Directeur général ServiceNow France

Workshop 3 | Thursday, November 6 at 1.30 p.m. | Room 1

What can complex infrastructure projects teach us about Construction Planning & Scheduling (CPS)? Capgemini shares key insights to improve construction site performance, drawing on lessons learned from major infrastructure projects, particularly in the Oil & Gas and Gigafactory sectors.

We’ll share industrial best practices to accelerate the critical path and maximize productive time on nuclear construction sites. For instance, lean management and digital tools are powerful levers that offer concrete solutions to enhance process reliability and strengthen team collaboration.

Intervenants / Speakers :

  • Yann de Saint Germain – Vice President – Energy & Utilities / Digital Engineering, Capgemini Invent
  • Arnaud Jurain – Managing Consultant, Capgemini Invent
  • Hubert Clément – Vice-President Energy & Utilities, Capgemini Invent

Our demonstrations at our stand

This humanoid robot embodies robotization in the service of human safety in sensitive environments: autonomous in its movements, capable of manipulating objects with precision and equipped with generative AI for interaction, it illustrates concrete advances in intelligent robotics.

Designed around generative AI, this virtual assistant supports the training of nuclear talent by drawing on content validated by the Nuclear Academy. It combines technological innovation and sector expertise to support the key skills of tomorrow.

Using a virtual reality headset, the learner is immersed in a simulated environment, where they can practice independently on concrete use cases, without exposure to real risks.

Developed with Dassault Systèmes tools, this digital model illustrates how modeling accelerates the design and construction of Small Modular Reactors, by combining precision, agility and innovation.

Nuclear renaissance

Reliable, sustainable and clean – nuclear is back, and it’s more innovative than ever.
