Brett has over 35 years of experience in high-tech, across technical systems design, management consulting, start-ups, and leadership roles in software. He has managed many waves of technology disruption from client-server computing to re-engineering, and web 1.0 and 2.0 through to SaaS and the cloud. He is currently focusing on defining sectors such as software, computer hardware, hyper-scalers/platforms, and semiconductors. He has been an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of San Francisco for 18 years teaching Entrepreneurship at Master’s level and is an avid basketball coach.

Darshan Naik is the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer of Telco, Media and Technology Markets at Capgemini Americas. In this role, Darshan leads the growth and strategy for the TMT business unit, which is growing at a rapid pace. He owns industry, strategy, marketing, partnerships, sales, and all go-to-market functions for the business across the North American market.  

With more than three decades of executive management, sales, and marketing experience in the hi-tech sector, Shiv possesses a proven track record of helping SaaS organizations scale by building high-performing sales teams. During the course of his career, he spearheaded the growth of a startup, elevating it to over $100 million in annual recurring revenue (AAR) within a four-year period.

Steve is the founder of Capgemini’s businesses in Cloud, SaaS, and Big Data, a published author in journals such as the Financial Times and IEEE Software. He is also the original creator of the first unified architecture for Big Fast Managed data, the Business Data Lake. He works with clients on delivering large-scale data solutions and the secure adoption of AI, he is the Capgemini lead for Collaborate Data Ecosystems and Trusted AI.

Sandeep Kamath heads Capgemini’s business with Semiconductor and OEM industry companies in North America.  He has over 25 years of experience helping Tech companies drive business and technology transformation. In his role, he is focused on companies in the vast Semiconductor value chain adapting to the fast-changing market dynamic, supporting them in their needs for rapid product and business innovation while delivering the technology & data transformation needed to ensure speed to market on these initiatives.
