Capgemini at the Paris Air Show 2025: A Week of innovation and collaboration

Capgemini was proud to participate in the 55th International Paris Air Show, held from June 16–22, 2025, at Paris-Le Bourget Airport. As the world’s leading event for the aerospace, defense, and space sectors, the show once again brought together global industry leaders, innovators, and visionaries.

At L’Appartement by Capgemini (Chalet 327), we welcomed guests from across the aerospace ecosystem to explore how technology is shaping the future of the industry. Through engaging discussions and immersive experiences, we showcased our latest insights and solutions around:

    Maintenance companion of the future

    At Paris Air Show 2025, Capgemini showcased an immersive AI-powered maintenance experience. Visitors explored 3D engine models using voice commands, demonstrating how intelligent, hands-free tools can transform aeronautical maintenance operations.

    AI corner

    At the Paris Air Show 2025, Capgemini’s AI Corner offered an interactive showcase of next-gen AI technologies. Visitors experienced immersive demos that highlighted the power of AI to transform aerospace through intelligent, real-time solutions.

    Ascendance

    Hybrid-electric propulsion technologies are driving sustainable aviation. This demo offered insights into how advanced systems are enabling cleaner, more efficient flight solutions for the future.

    Computer vision

    Capgemini demonstrated an end-to-end industrial inspection solution powered by AI at Paris Air Show 2025. The system showcased how computer vision can detect defects on moving parts in real time, accelerating production and enhancing quality control.

    Human-Machine collaboration (CoHoMa)

    Presented in collaboration with the French Army’s Battle Lab Terre, CoHoMa is an integrated system for coordinating ground and air drones. The demo highlighted how human-machine teaming is advancing operational capabilities across military environments.

      Executive Vice President, Global Aerospace & Defense Leader
      Lee has over 25 years of experience driving growth, innovation and revenue in a series of executive and leadership roles in the Aerospace industry. As Global Aerospace & Defense Leader at Capgemini, Lee is responsible for creating the global A&D industry strategy that drives a portfolio of capabilities and the ecosystem needed to address the evolving needs of the industry. Lee believes that data driven connected A&D ecosystems and resilient supply chains will drive efficiencies in the aerospace and defense industry.

      Bruno Bouf is an Executive Vice President and Global Aerospace & Defense Lead for Capgemini Invent. With 20 years of experience in operational excellence and digital transformation, Bruno has advised segments across the aviation value chain, including operators, airlines, aircraft manufacturers, OEMs, MROs, service providers, and Tier 3 suppliers. He has also founded and grown an innovative start-up and is an active member of Aerospace Research & Innovation clusters.

      Andreas Conradi

      Executive Vice President | Head of Defense Europe
      Since March 2023 Andreas has been Executive Vice President and Head of Defense Europe at Capgemini. As such, he is responsible for Capgemini´s business with the Defense Industry as well as Defense Ministries and Armed forces in Europe and NATO. Andreas is a proven defense sector expert with sustained successful track record as top official at the helm of the German Ministry of Defense including as Chief of Staff to Defense Minister Ursula von der Leyen. Based on more than two decades of experience, he has a deep understanding of the structure and function of the public and private defense sector in Europe including the set-up and management of national and international armament programs.

      Patrice Duboé has been working in innovation and technology for more than 20 years. He leads innovation and technology teams to deploy innovation at scale for global corporations and clients, with key partners and emerging startups.

      Frédéric Grousson

      VP, Head of Aerospace & Defense, Capgemini Engineering
      Frederic is Dr.-Eng in control system and has joined the group in 2000, and has worked since then in the Aeronautic sector for many customers with a huge experience at Airbus account in the industry sales team since 2015, he now leads the Aerospace and Defense sector globally for Capgemini Engineering.

      Matthieu Ritter

      Head of Lifecycle Optimization for Aerospace
      Matthieu has a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical engineering from ENSPIMA, Bordeaux Institute of Technology (INP) and more than 15 years of experience in the A&D industry where he works with clients on integrated solutions from engineering to aircraft maintenance, modification, and end of life management. Matthieu joined Capgemini in 2018 and has since been supporting A&D clients in the convergence of the physical, digital, and human worlds to accelerate the transformation of products, services, systems, and operations with the ultimate goal of creating more value for customers.
