Meet our experts

Cyril has more than 25 years of experience in consulting in the fields of services, the public sector, utilities, and telecommunications. In 2018, he launched the new Capgemini Invent brand, whose mission is to support decision-makers in defining and implementing the future of their organizations. In addition to his responsibilities at Capgemini Invent, Cyril took over in 2019 the management of sector strategy and social and environmental responsibility of the Capgemini group.

Vincent is a senior business executive and global business leader with extensive experience in helping clients manage their digital transformations. He leads the Group Sustainability Accelerator and his focus is to ensure we go to market with a unique Sustainability Services portfolio and ecosystem to help our clients on their journey to Net Zero, in an evolving ESG regulation.

Juliette de Maupeou is the VP of Sustainable Futures at Capgemini Invent, where she leads the ESG Performance offer and supports clients in addressing transformation challenges related to climate change and planetary boundaries. Her expertise includes innovation within industrial activities, large transformation programs, ecosystem management, and sustainability spanning climate, water, and biodiversity.

Part of Capgemini’s Sustainability Accelerator, set up to increase awareness of sustainability issues and develop practical solutions for clients, my focus is to promote and accelerate the adoption of circular economy business models. With Capgemini colleagues, we’ve developed a suite of CE services from strategy to digital/engineering solutions. These services guide clients from a linear economy that can destroy value, to a circular economy that preserves value – by minimizing the use of raw materials and resources, and reducing the production of waste. I’ve also led digital transformation programs, mainly in banking and transport, and was part of the Capgemini’s 5G Lab team, set up to help clients strategize, build and monetize the advantages of 5G.

Florent is the Global Lead of Climate Tech at Capgemini. He leads strategy and business development with all sustainability and intelligent industry teams. He has more than 20 years of experience in the energy and utilities sector, helping companies achieve their sustainability goals and transition to a low-carbon economy.
