Digital Customer Experience Architect at Capgemini
I am a part of the Digital Customer Experience department in the Netherlands, responsible for the CDP and Marketing Automation practice. Also acting as the offer lead for the Connected Marketing Engine, inspiring clients on the latest features and functionalities within the marketing domain. I specialize in end-to-end digital marketing transformations for clients, implementing and helping them adopt the latest innovations in data-driven marketing automation.

Head of Europe CoE for Connected Marketing & Data-driven CX
As a leader of the immersive and data-driven CX solutions within the Digital Customer Experience practice at Capgemini Europe, David is a seasoned digital, customer experience, and strategic business lead, driving engagement, sales, loyalty, customer satisfaction and business growth. A Forrester certified CX Professional and MIT-certified Design Thinking Facilitator, David has successfully led cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives, integrated marketing activities, and innovative data-driven experiences.
