This move, which follows the acquisition of another Business Information Management (BIM) company – Avantias in France, will reinforce Capgemini’s BIM positioning in North America and will contribute to its overall growth program. The acquisition will be financed by the Capgemini Group’s net cash. The contract was signed yesterday and the acquisition is expected to be completed shortly.
