Paris, 1 June 2010 - Capgemini Financial Services, subsidiary of the Capgemini Group, one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, has just acquired Plaisir Informatique, a French company specializing in complex data migrations in the Banking & Insurance, sector, a major stakeholder in IT transformation.
Located in Ruoms in France’s Ardèche region, Plaisir Informatique employs 30 people and, since its inception in 1983, has developed competencies and data migration software tools that are recognized as being among the best-performing in the market.
