Karine Marchat

Karine Marchat was appointed Transformation and Integration Head of Intelligent Business Operations, a new Capgemini Group business line combining Business Services and WNS, in July 2026. She has been a Member of the Group Executive Committee since July 2023.
 
Prior to this, Karine was Chief Operating Officer of WNS since January 2026. Previously, Karine has held a variety of finance positions at Capgemini, notably as CFO in Cloud Infrastructure Services, Financial Services and Northern Europe Strategic Business Units, as well as CFO of Capgemini in India. She has also been Head of Business Controlling and Financial consolidation at Group level, and was in charge of the design of the strategic vision for the Finance function.
 
In order to help grow female talents in finance at Capgemini, Karine has also sponsored various women leadership programs.
 
Prior to joining Capgemini in 1993, Karine started her career in 1990 at KPMG, as External Auditor.
 
She studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (USA), is a chartered accountant and a graduate of the Audencia Business School (Nantes, France).
