• How do you feel in the morning getting up and going to work at Capgemini?

Every Morning as I get out of bed, I know that I have an opportunity to learn something new at work. This excites and motivates me to go to work every day.

• What do you love about your job?

As an architect, I can explore various niche technologies and use those to empower our client and customers. Working with multiple teams has benefits of its own, as it gives me a chance to learn the different innovations and cross-leverage it to provide the best possible solution for our clients.

Talking to customers, solving their business problems and coming up with quick workable solutions are the key highlight of my day.

• How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?

I love the fact that Capgemini has training and support groups that I can reach out to for support. This helps me learn every day, grow in my career and elevate my skills.

• How does Capgemini help support your sense of purpose in your career?

I have always enjoyed learning from my peers but the cherry on the top is when you receive support from unexpected corners, especially from folks outside your current group as people you hardly know go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you grow.

• How does Capgemini give you the autonomy to make decisions?

The best part about working with Capgemini is that we are always given the opportunity to speak up and make our own decisions. This has a huge impact on my overall confidence and helps me soar through my career.

• What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?

Other than my amazing peers, I love that Capgemini has diverse crowdsourced groups that you can reach out to for help. This helps me explore new avenues and have an amazing learning curve.

• How does this all combine for you to have passion for what you do?

Capgemini is where passion meets reality and I love technology.

One of the things I have often heard is how few women get into STEM or are interested in technology. That’s so not true. I love that I get hands-on experience and can explore something new every day.

• What was your most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?

The most memorable moment in my Capgemini journey is when we work on something new, we get a chance to showcase it to people. It helps us to reach out to people from every level and tell them that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

It’s wonderful to see how much one can learn daily!

• What are you an Ace at?

As an architect I love that I can work on multiple new age technologies, I’ve mastered a few and I am still learning.
