• How do you feel in the morning getting up and going to work at Capgemini
  I feel proud to part of this Capgemini family, any corner of the world I go, I meet someone who has either worked in Capgemini or has someone in his / her family working in Capgemini. The globalness of this organization, the diversity of culture in this organizations excites me every moment, every hour, every day !
• What do you love about your job?
  I am a program manager I manage digital transformation programs. What I love about my role, I love solving business problems through technology but with a human touch.
• How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?
  Capgemini empowers me with the right opportunity and the trainings to master my existing skills and acquire new skills
• How does Capgemini help support your sense of purpose in your career?
  Our leaders are a source of inspiration for us. I have been lucky enough to have great managers, mentors within the account, within the group who have always been my guiding stars.
• How does Capgemini give you the autonomy to make decisions?
  Capgemini allows me to be ME, that is the epitome of autonomy that one can think of!
• What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?
  I love working for Capgemini because of it’s people, passionate people, as our tagline rightly says “People matters, result count !” 
• How does this all combine for you to have passion for what you do?
  Capgemini has given me an exposure to manage some of the prestigious programs for the account, thereby allowing me to discover my passion for project management, agile and a global diverse ace of spades.
• What was your most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?
  When I was awarded the “Technology / functional CoE award”  for my contribution as the program manager for building the Digital Industrial Lab at our Airoli location
• What are you an Ace at?
  Apart from managing digital transformation programs, I lead the agile community of practice within the organization which provides me a great platform for networking, interacting and collaborating with all other aces in Capgemini. I am an ace at building relationships with customers, team, peers and across all stratas of the organization.
