- How do you feel in the morning getting up and going to work at Capgemini?
I like everything about my workplace, my workstation, my colleagues; I look forward to meeting them… I get positive energy when I think of work in the morning. At Capgemini, every day is promising and I look forward to each day.
- What do you love about your job?
Delivering quality. The basic nature of my job is to ensure quality deliverables to our clients. We work day in and day out with Automotive OEMs and Tier 1s across the globe where we feel proud of delivering quality and having happy customers. With everything turning digital and IOT, it is interesting to understand the role Quality will play in cars of future and Automotive Engineering world.
- How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?
Capgemini gives a great platform to enhance my skills with its unique learning programs and assessment frameworks. The EM program is professionally designed to bring out the best in you. I have grown in Capgemini from being an individual contributor to now managing teams and at the same time having exposure on Pre-sales, Sales and Business development side too.
- How does Capgemini give you the autonomy to make decisions?
The flexibility which Capgemini gives me in performing my role is commendable. I, as a Quality expert, act as a toll gate to all deliverables to the client. If the deliverables do not meet quality aspects or the agreed criteria, the delivery can be denied and the team needs to rework on the gaps. Capgemini empowers me to take my own decision that’s autonomy for me.
- What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?
The diversity and the global nature of this organization are what I love about working here. Policies, rules, tools and people across geographies are different yet all of them are under one umbrella – Capgemini. I love the global way of working.
- How does this all combine for you to have the passion for what you do?
Exposure to big clients, their needs, their challenges and moreover providing solutions to their problems have always excited me and Capgemini has given me this opportunity time and again.
- What was the most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?
The Most memorable moment in my career with Capgemini was receiving the ’22 karats CEO’ award in the team category; it was true recognition to the team’s efforts.
- What are you an Ace at?
I love delivering quality. I ace quality assurance. In the end what matters is what you deliver. Quality is that aspect which holds its own importance, hence having tight control of quality is essential to have happy customers and long lasting business relations.
