India Capabilities Leader, Capgemini

Rajashree is the India Capabilities Leader for Capgemini in India. In her current role, she is responsible for envisioning and executing career growth strategies for our talent. This involves benchmarking talent skills to creating and implementing career development plans for our employees. This involves assessing the proficiency levels of our talent and benchmarking their skills to ensure they are appropriately positioned within the organization. She also works to provide enhanced job rotation and deployment opportunities through upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives and uses quantified assessment scores to make well-informed decisions regarding promotions, compensation, and retention.

Rajashree’s responsibilities also involve creating opportunities for professionals with similar interests to connect and exchange information through various community platforms. She also oversees training and certification programs for professionals such as Architects, Engagement Managers, and Technology communities like SAP, Microsoft, etc. Additionally, she collaborates with Alliance partners to design skill enablement programs and certifications in Hyperscalers. Rajashree promotes a culture of innovation by encouraging collaboration among talented individuals from different business units, centers of excellence, practices, technologies, and locations across India to develop new solutions and assets.

Rajashree was recently certified at Level 4 Master Architect and joined the club of 16 Master Architects across the Group. She also has global industry certifications like TOGAF, Master Certified Solution Architect (The Open Group), Certified SAFe® 5 Architect. Rajashree holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai University.
