Capgemini has been recognized by NelsonHall in its 2025 NEAT Experience-Led HR Transformation Services report for its proven ability to deliver HR transformation through its comprehensive framework that spans strategy, advanced HCM technology services, and intelligent operations.

NelsonHall’s Vendor Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT) report analyzes experience-led HR transformation service vendors performance. This enables organizations to assess vendors across a range of criteria and business situations and identify the best performing vendors overall.

NEAT evaluates vendors on their “ability to deliver immediate benefit” and their “ability to meet client future requirements.” Vendors are identified in one of four categories: Leaders, High Achievers, Innovators, and Major Players.

Capgemini has recently been named a “Leader” in Experience-Led HR Transformation Services in the “Overall” category of NelsonHall’s most recent Vendor Evaluation and Assessment Tool (NEAT) report.
