The success of an organization depends on its culture as that’s what help employees surpass their limits and make them perform beyond their potential. “Culture makes people understand each other better. And if they understand each other better in their soul, it is easier to overcome all the social barriers”. Being a fresher from an MBA institute I was always very speculative of how my workplace would treat me but all of that vanished the moment I entered the EPIP Campus and with me I am sure the other 130 peeps also would have taken a sigh of relief and accomplishment. The accomplishment of making up to this great place.

Capgemini runs a special B school induction and training program for the HR hires and I can bet that this is at par with the top most companies across the globe, 21 days comprising of Case studies, presentations, Job shadowing, leadership connects, lip smacking food, trainings and countless shenanigans that will stay with me lifelong. The entire motif of the program was very well-structured right from the beginning to closure and gave us a proper macro overview of each HR function. After the training period I got aligned with Business services as HR Business Partner and these two months have been a great learning experience which has certainly made me a better HR professional. Capgemini as an organization gives you enough space to think freely and provide you a level playing field to show your talent. It allows you to challenge the existing system if you can work towards making it better and everyone including your peers, managers and leadership will help you do that and take the initiative forward.

Collaboration, Team Spirit and Trust is something that has now become a part of my life and with Capgemini i intent to go confidently in the direction of my dreams and Ace my Career.
