I lead Digital Commerce Solution, Innovation and Strategy team, responsible for making exceptional end consumer experiences for our clients. I am responsible for making our overall e-commerce strategy and choice of products that make most viable solution for our customers and for us as solution providers. My work involves defining overall group level strategy for new products, innovation and Minimal Viable Services (MVS) to make agile solutions for our clients. I am accountable for overall growth numbers and new service offerings.
I have led transformational programs from vision to execution for some of the world’s best brands in Retail, CPG, Energy and Manufacturing. I designed and built the Digital Commerce channel for world’s largest sports brand, as channel needed to reflect the brand of customer and create an exceptional experience to reflect the essence of products they make. I built a strong technical platform that would provide basis to develop exceptional channel experience with scalability.
